There had to be a better solution, which musician and now inventor Isaac Slape developed.

A fix all alternative method to the problem with his newest innovative product Stompsters. AB Foot Switch Stompsters Installation

Hello everybody and welcome to Stompsters TV where I show you how to install Stompsters and make kick ass pedal boards. Today I’m going to show you how to install Stompsters on a Leem foot switch. It’s an AB foot switch, it’s a standard foot switch. What you’re going to need for this is a foot switch, you’re going to need a package of Stompsters, and you’re going to need 1 screw driver. And that’s it. Let’s get started. Alright flip the Leem over and we can see all the bottom screws, we’re only going to need 4 screws on the bottom. That’s it just 4 screws. This one has a lot more, we don’t need them. We’re going to need 4 Stompsters, we’re going to need 4 of these spacers, and we’re going to need 4 of these all-purpose screws. All the other Stompsters we can get rid of, let’s move them aside for now. You can use those on your other pedals. Alright start by unscrewing the screw, set the screw down, do not lose that screw you’re going to use it right away again, put the Stompster on there, put the screw back. When you put the Stompsters on do not over tighten the screws. If you over tighten the screws you could strip them. You only need to be finger tight, make it snug, make sure the Stompster, make sure this Stompster doesn’t move and that’s it. Do that for the rest of the 4 screws here on the bottom. Alright that’s it. Now let’s flip the pedal over and put it down. This is where the spacers come into play, you take one spacer and it goes underneath each Stompster. Now if your pedal doesn’t have enough space for a spacer, don’t use the spacer that’s it. You don’t need the spacers, the spacers are only if there’s a little bit of gap, enough gap between the pedal and the board for the spacer to fit. If there’s a enough gap between the pedal and the board for the spacer to fit, that’s when you need the spacer. If there’s not enough space for the spacer, leave it alone. Just leave it out. You don’t need it. The only thing left we have to do is take these machine screws and screw it down. Alright that’s it. The pedal’s secure, you’re ready to go. So that’s it, that’s how you install Stompsters, it’s pretty simple so go and install Stompsters on all your pedals and make a kick ass pedal board.

Stompsters Installed on an MXR Bass Octave Pedal

Hello and welcome to Stompsters TV where I show you how to install Stompsters and make kick ass pedal boards. Today I’m going to install Stompsters on an MXR Bass Octave pedal, this is a standard MXR pedal. We’ve got 4 screws on the bottom, that’s all we need. Alright let’s get started. For this video we’re going to need a bag of Stompsters, we’re going to need 1 screwdriver, and you’re going to need an MXR pedal. Start by flipping the pedal over, over here you can see I’ve got spacers, Stompsters, all-purpose screws, and machine screws. Alright start by removing this screw, grab a Stompster, put the screw back. Alright here’s the problem, this happens on this kind of pedal, boutique type pedals, this screw is not long enough to screw the Stompster in. It’s just not long enough, it falls out. That’s where these screws come into play. If you can use the bottom screws that came with your pedal, use those. If you can’t, see if these screws fit, most likely they will. Grab a Stompsters, throw a screw on there. Alright you only want it to be finger tight when you’re screwing this in. Screw it in, make sure the Stompster doesn’t wiggle. You can move the Stompster where you want it to be, whatever angle. Make sure it doesn’t wiggle, that’s all you need. Do not over tighten the screw because you can damage the pedal. Do that for all 4 screws. Alright we’re ready to go. Flip the pedal back over, straighten out your Stompsters, grab your spacer and see if the spacer will fit. If there’s not enough room for the spacer to fit, you don’t need the spacer. Just leave them alone. Grab your screws, screw it down. And that’s it. That’s how you install Stompsters, it’s pretty simple so go install Stompsters on all your pedals and make a kick ass pedal board.

MXR Dyna Comp Stompsters Installation

Hello everybody and welcome to the Stompsters TV where I show you how to install Stompsters and make kick ass pedal boards. Today I’m going to show you how to install Stompsters on a MXR Dyna Comp pedal. This is a standard pedal, lots of people use this pedal it’s a great pedal. It’s got 4 screws on the bottom, you can see somebody already installed Velcro but that’s not going to happen to us. Let me show you how to do it. To do this you’re going to need an MXR pedal, any MXR pedal will work they’re all the same. You’re going to need a bag of Stompsters and you’re going to need 1 screw driver. Let’s do this.

Alright for this pedal we’re going to need 4 Stompsters, 4 all-purpose screws, and we’re going to need 4 of these machine screws. Start by flipping the pedal over and removing the screw. And standard Stompsters installation we would take that screw and put it right back in there. For these pedals this screw is just not long enough. It won’t screw in there and it will fall out. So what we want to do is use these screws, they’re slightly longer, just long enough to secure the Stompster. Now listen. When you’re tightening these screws you only want to tighten this screw finger tight because if you over tighten it, you may cause damage to that screw and strip it. So just do it up finger tight, position the Stompster to where you want it to be, make sure it doesn’t move, just make sure it’s snug. That’s it. That’s all you need. Okay. Now you want to do that for the other 4 screws. Alright flip the pedal over, grab your machine screws and screw it down. So that’s it, that’s how you install Stompsters, it’s pretty simple so go install Stompsters on all your pedals and make a kick ass pedal board.

Vox Wah V847 Stompsters Installation

Hello everybody and welcome to Stompsters TV where I show you how to install Stompsters and make kick ass pedal boards. Today I’m going to show you how to install Stompsters on a Vox Wah pedal. This is a standard Wah pedal, lots of people use it so it’s a great example. We’ve got 4 screws on the bottom, some poor soul got sucked into using Velcro, that’s not going to happen to us. Let me show you how to do it. In order to do this we’re going to need 1 Vox Wah pedal, you’re going to need 1 package of Stompsters, and we’re going to need one screw driver let’s do this.

Alright for this pedal we’re going to need 4 Stompsters, 4 of these all-purpose screws, and we’re going to try out the spacers I’m not sure if we’re going to need the spacers or not so we’ll try them out and we’ll see. Start by flipping the pedal over and you can see we’ve got these 4 screws so these probably had rubber feet attached to them. So keep that in mind if yours has rubber feet it looks like you can remove those rubber feet and attach a Stompster. Now listen. This is really important. When you’re tightening this screw, make sure you don’t over tighten it. You just want it to be finger tight and that’s it. Make sure the Stompster doesn’t move, make sure it’s really snug, that’s all you need. If you over tighten this, it may damage the pedal, the screw could strip out. So just make sure it’s snug and that’s all you need. So do that for all 4 of these screws. Okay flip the pedal over and see if those spacers, no we don’t need the spacers there’s not enough room to put them in there so we’re just going to set them aside. Take your machine screws and screw them down. So that’s it. That’s how you install Stompsters, it’s pretty simple so go and install Stompsters on all your pedals and make a kick ass pedal board.
